Routine is refuge for the weak. We retreat there, take solace, rebuild. With luck, we emerge from it more abled, disciplined, and capable.
Don’t do do the same thing every day. Do the same thing multiple days in a row. But draw the line. You can go days without eating. Without moving. Without thinking. And you’ll be better for it.
